Peepster, All good points you brought up and perhaps this possible option of buying back the CC shares should be looked into. I will bring this idea to DCI and see what comes of it. There could be good reasons that DCI would not want to approach the problem from this angle, only someone on the "inside" such as Murphy would have all of the info needed to determine this, so I would of course support whatever action he deemed best. Still at the same time I think that it can be helpful for shareholders to put their heads together and offer their opinions. I mainly wanted to offer a second option to solving the CC problem since the only option I saw being discussed was the lawsuit and I was questioning if this might be the best option or not.
