I don't know what to say any more on this company. I don't know what to make of the stock price movement, other than bewildering. The earnings have been consistently improving and I guess as long as that continues the stock price should improve. I do think PPD represents a value at this price and expect to see it solidly in the 40's near term when it gets the recognition from some firms. That may take some effort by PPD's PR firm which has been next to nonexistent for the last 8 months.
