Big Dog, I'm absolutely amazed that you have characterized Janice's findings about Mr. Skillern's business tactics (and I use the term loosely) as assumption and hearsay, when you rely so heavily on the members of this thread to listen to YOUR hearsay! You insult the thread's intelligence.

<<We are now talking about Mike Skillern's and his father's personal lives way before CYGS. >>

Assuming the Mike Skillern cited in Janice's post and the Mike Skillern at CYGS are one and the same person, then this "personal lives" is a matter of public and prosecutorial concerns.

As you know, criminal proceedings, except for those brought against minors, are matters of public records. In addition, when Mike Skillern entered into the negotiated plea dispositions, in which he testified in open court against his co-defendant(s) in exchange for leniency, he in fact waived any claim to privacy within the confine of the said proceedings.

Moreover, if Mike Skillern is still on probation from the insurance fraud sentencing, and during his probation there are serious allegations that he helps orchestrating a pump and dump scheme in CYGS, the state's interest to proceed with investigation for probation violation becomes compelling.

"Personal lives"??? My mistake: I thought we were talking about "fraud", and legal evidence thereof.
