I think the "float" and "elephants" theories are quite valid when you compare/analyze the share-ownerships and short-interests, and the price movements of the past 6 weeks.

As far as the late buying, it's difficult to tell, I do not have Lvl II, ..but I know I bought back the 100 shares I sold. We all know the "float controllers" are constantly shorting and buying...
