Here's the rest of my message:

Now Avalon is in an awkward position. Should the past routine be any pattern to go buy, nothing will come of Avalon's "speculation."

But if it turns out that there is a buyout or a merger proposal that will possibly see KRY's production rise to over 100,000 ozs, the question must then be, where did Avalon get this information?

If it is indeed insider information, this would be a serious breach of the company's confidentiality, and illegal.

If the script is to be played out in all of its depressing glory, Avalon will now clearly distance himself from the company and say the 150,000 figure came from sources that Jerry Collins couldn't dream of cultivating, but DEFINITELY NOT!!!! Crystallex management!! (then come the LOLs and ROFLs . . Why do I feel like I've seen this movie before?).

You just have to wonder about some people's sources of information.

Details Global Exploration/Production Programs

''We are very pleased with the progress this year of our exploration activities at Crystallex's various properties, and especially with the increased activity at our Albino property in Venezuela,'' said Marc J. Oppenheimer, President and CEO of Crystallex. ''We are clearly on target for achieving our initial strategic objective of producing 150,000 ounces of gold each year, within three years.''
