To everyone :
Since we own a speculative stock I wish to throw out a really ugly speculation so that ya'll can share your thoughts with me. Last summer I called and spoke with a refiner that had experience in the desert sands arena. It was a very interesting conversation. This conversation also happened to coincide with the time that Bateman came on board as the latest great savior of IPM and the extraction problems so I asked him if he was familiar with Bateman. He said he never had any dealings with them before but he was familiar with them so I asked what he thought. He asked is this the same Bateman that operates out of DC? I said I thought it was but wasn't sure. He said well they are certainly one of the biggest and best at what they do. So I asked then this is a very good thing for IPM and for breaking through the extraction problems. He bacame very somber at that point and said well if Bateman is involved then it isn't necassarily a good thing. When I asked him to explain what he meant all he would say is that they didn't become as big as they are by being nice to the little guys.

So I filed that conversation back in the archives of my memory until now. The problems arose with Auric AFTER Bateman witnessed the process. The announcement that IPM's process was non-commercial came just more than 3 months AFTER Bateman became involved. Now I ask, IPM was suppose to be the only desert sands company with mining professionals on it's staff so how is it that Bateman can make a determination that a process is non-commercial in 3 months when these mining professionals could not see that it was non-commercial. They did not say it was uneconomical they said it was non-commercial. What does that mean? Speaking from an engineering background, I have spent alot more thinking about possibilities of extraction and processing due to my involvment with the claim group that I am in and I ask again finally after all of this thought ..... what does non-commercial mean?

At first before I ever put any serious thought into it I assumed that it meant that a continues flow operation could nopt be achieved. Now that I HAVE finally thought about it that is Bullhockey. I can't think of one single extraction process that couldn't be made into a continuous flow operation. Does it mean that the process used too much energy? Maybe but I doubt it. Were the chemicals too expensive? Maybe but they can be recycled through a resin process or even electrowinning for that matter but of course Zeev will jump all over this at this point and state again that electrowinning is too expensive.

I'm not sure what it all means if anything at all but IPM sure did go to hell in a handbasket real quick after Bateman got involved with the company and why did the company cut contact with it's share holder base after the infamous Nov. 14th announcement. It seems to me that would be a crucial time for a company to try and sooth its share holders.

Regardless of cause or reason we are trying to do something about it. I got in touch with one of the old threaders tonight and he was not aware of our attempts at saving the company as he has been away for a week. We need some more help networking. We need every single share to be counted. I don't care if we like the people or not. Those of you that are out there that are still good friends with Frank or Lee Furlong then start trying to give them a little pressure to join us if they still represent big shares as I have been told they do. Start getting in touch with some of the old threaders that have lost contact with the thread. We are trying to get a SH list from the transfer agent but we need to approach this thing in full force. If you abstain from helping us out then rest assured that by doing so all you achieve in doing is telling management that you are happy with the way they have been running things and that you truely appreciate the appreciation in share price that we have seen over the last year and a half and that you really enjoy throwing your money down the toilet.
