Food for thought.

If you take the time to read the almost incomprehensible reg-s filing, it seems to me that the holders of the sub C's have no downside. They can convert at a maximum price of 19.50 anytime they want, and should the stock do well they'll make a killing. If the stock drops, they get enough stock from the company to get their money back. This, of course, thins out the existing common shareholders, and ads more downside risk. In the meantime, if they (the holders of the sub C's) want to leverage their hedge to increase the cash flow, they will short the stock so they can use your money to pay for (part/most/all) of their investment.

Hopefully, that's not what the management agreed to, as it is not shareholder friendly. It doesn't look like anybody was supposed to understand the paperwok, and I'm not completely convinced that I do. But I know one thing for sure, if someone offered me a deal like that, I'd probably take it (all).

Other interpretations are welcome.

What is wrong with all you people??

We all knew that there would be unusually high expenses for the roll out. Why the shock at the announcement of that fact? This is a great investment, and you all know it. You have known it for a longtime.

This stock has been accumulating in the portfolio's of a lot of small investors. It was trading too low to be on the radar of the big money traders. By the time it got to over $10.00 a share, a price range where it started getting noticed, stock was not that easy to obtain in large chunks. Everybody knew it would be worth much more and did not trade it.

That's why the sharks have been hitting this stock for some time now. If they are going to make their move it has to be before the product proves popular. They took advantage of a earnings report that on the surface appeared bad, and started shaking the tree like never before. There have not been many loose leaves for some time. They needed to shake out strong leaves.

They could see several levels of stop losses beginning not to far below the price and they had to act before good news came out. They started a run using the financial's, this triggered the first level of stop orders. These stop losses created more downward momentum triggering lower stop losses. Thus creating a perception of panic where none existed. This caused some people to truly panic. Now here we stand at the crossroads.

Monday morning we can play into the hands of the pirates and sell, or we can look after our own best interests and put in limit orders to buy in the morning. If we cancel any pending panic sell orders and replace them with buy orders. If you have any stops placed, cancel them. The stock can gap up rather than down. Remember, the stock was trying to rebound friday. Lets keep it moving in that direction.
The secret? Either buy or hold. Don't even look at the stock price for a day or two. I have been wishing for a chance to get more gmgc, and so have the rest of you. This is the chance. This is the turning point in your life. Show the courage to take a stand against the rip offs that are playing mind games with you. JUST SAY NO.

Sure the people playing this game on us are pros. They are good at starting a panic. These are the people who yell fire in a crowded theater, then sell tickets to the exits. Would you feel any better having your dreams stolen from you by an amature?

They say these threads don't affect the stock market, and perhaps that is the case with MS,IBM, etc. But every day I see small cap stocks like this one, react to these threads. Something positive gets posted and the price goes up, something negative and it goes down. All within a matter of minutes. You see the same thing. We can turn this around if we have the resolve.

Ray, Otter. You two have been the heart and soul of this thread. Please don't panic. When the strongest panic, it takes the weakest with them. What we need now is strength. If we have to sell off some other stock to meet our margins, then so be it. But lets not surrender this battle. Portico, Magic talk, etc. is still the wave of the future that we have always said it was. Nothing has changed. Don't let a financial report that we all expected, drive us into chaos. The next news will send us back to new highs. Keep the faith, believe in Magic.

Sorry for the preaching, but I've been watching all the subtle mind games being played out on this thread all weekend and just got fed up and had to speak my piece. All IMHO

Hang in there,

Dirtroad
