Webdrone, uh, I'm not sure if Fonar got any money, or what patents were infringed on. Duh!!!!!!

If you mean the GE case, I still have it bookmarked.

The 10K should come out around Oct. 15. Then we may see what Toshiba settled for.

Patti

WebDrone,

You and SpinShooter both seem to have a negative bias towards Fonar, to the extent that you would lie about obvious facts. The FACTS are that Fonar sued GE AND WON OVER PATENT INFRINGEMENT! It was a civil trial and this WAS the proper venue for a patent infringement lawsuit to be heard with the awarding of actual and PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Unlike YOU, I am prepared to back up my argument with FACTS. Facts which are undeniable. The following link is in regards to the court case, SPECIFIC PATENTS which were infringed upon (including the original patent for cancer detection):

fonar.com

You and a couple others have complained about my civility on this thread. After your post to me, you have NO room to talk! It is outrageous that someone would intentionally alter the facts in order to make the company look bad. One or two mistakes are okay, Dr. Fleckenstein but it was MUCH more than that. I reiterate, this case was about patent infringement from start to finish. Read the court documents and the Fonar news releases which cite specifically what the court had to say. No deception there, ONLY FACTS! You should try it sometime.

TO WEB DRONE AND SPIN SHOOTER,

Why did Fonar win all that money? If it wasn't for Patent infringement what was it for ? It said we received money for lost sales. Why would we lose sales ? Why would we receive money for the Cancer Detection patent ? THE QUESTIONS ARE WHY WHY WHY?

I believe the 2 patents you are looking for is 832 Cancer detection patent and 966 the MAO.

Why is GE no longer using MAO in their machines if it belonged to them ? HMMMM.

You say it's not Patent infringement . Is it stealing our technology ? They had to pay no matter how you look at it.

THE BIG PICTURE

THE STREET WILL SEE IT VERY SOON

AND SO WILL YOU

NO MORE STEALING ALLOWED

YOUR THOUGHTS
