James-- It's too bad we can't find a creative way to get those CC shares to our new partner Locus. Here we have Locus agreeing to be purchased at 25 mil (10 mil cash and 7.5 mil shares at a set value of $2.00 per share). And we have this group from Canada willing to sell their shares at the current market price, or as you suggest at a below market price to get rid of the shares, ie.$1.40 or there about. Can't we facilitate a method to purchase those CC shares at the lower price and end their selling and use those shares as part of those given to Locus as their $2.00 shares ?? JMHO

Thanks James, your a bottomless pit of information. Your plethora of knowledge on DCI is amazing and greatly appreciated. One question I would like to add to what Ed asked, and that is did you or anyone notice if there was any representatives from any of the brokerage houses at the meeting?

Best Regards, Bill

James,

I believe that contacting the registered agent or owners could prove to be fruitfull. I would think that the restricted shares would be transferable but the restriction would remain in effect until the release date.
