I think with this person response name Taki, although some what dubious that he has never posted before, that we stop bantering with Janice on this matter, the continued posts about off topic stocks needs to be sent to SI, every time any of Janice's bash buddies does the post on this other stock we need to notify SI, as far as this individuals reponse, which is in direct response to Janic's posts EDII, needs to look into putting a stop to this ASAP....

They were never friends and the are not now. As to Joe Gort, Dror has never met him. EDII (previously TXBQ) had a contractual arrangement with Gort prior to Drors arrival. Relationship with Gort terminated 4 months ago. Janice, Dror is aware of your bashings and your acts of libel against him and the company. Many shareholders are urging him to find out who you are and take action against you. What you are doing IS JUST NOT RIGHT OR FAIR. There will always be bad people and bad managers. In our society one is INNOCENT until proven guilty, and certainly when a company such as EDII is doing everything right and created an opportunity from a company in financial trouble. Such activity should be admired and not bashed. Just to remind you, BDO Seidman are responsible auditors with huge insurance companies standing behind their work. I'm sure they did their DD on Dror and EDII in much more detail that you can ever do personally. Therefore, the only conclusion is that instead of wishing EDII good luck with its 70 employees and their families you are tying to benefit from the shorting of the stock by spreading negative rumors about the company. If you are not short and are still bashing EDII in the same manner than you are certainly hurting innocent people with your irresponsible comments.
