Jim, Re: Gary Ng of Intel

Hey, my relation with Intel is no different
from yours, share holder, nothing more, nothing
less. Well, may be one more difference, all my
computers (desktop, notebooks) are Intel CPU
based.

Gary

But, since the spot price for INTC's chips is well above INTC's list price, why doens't AMD boost its ASP's while they have a chance and make some bucks. That's what INTC when the Pentium was release and they were the only game in town.

Wiht respect to the shortage, maybe INTC's having yield problems as they move up the speed chain. Or, maybe demand is rebounding rapidly. If so, we need to know before the SOX index takes off.
