Just downloaded a couple of hours ago with no problem. All three files (Fiday daily, Sat Fundamentals and Sat IRL) are 1.4 kb. I would be clad to e mail them if you would like.

Haven't had the luxury of experiencing the password-credit card issue yet, so can't help you there.

Bob...

I had two problems with the i-net downloader this weekend. I couldn't get a connection Thursday night with the message that my password or ID didn't match those in setup. In checking, I saw that they did match. Friday AM I called support to learn that my credit card had expired. Of course, I knew that was true, but two other services sent me email to alert me and ask for the new expiration date. An easy fix.

QP said they would "run the new credit cards that day around noon" and I would be able to get a download that afternoon. NOT! Only this time the message was that a connection could not be made. No other explanation. I sent a more explicit email to them.

Around 0800 Saturday morning I got on and got everything I was missing. It sounds like there was some sort of problem with the connections, based on all the comments I see here. Hope you got yours fixed by now.

Ken
