Ed, Joe did not say who the companies are or if one of them is the one who made a previous offer. I am just guessing as to the length of the Q&A session. People were hesitant at first, but once the first question was asked there were many hands in the air to ask the next. The question list from SI was not directly referred to. All of the questions asked were from shareholders and I do not recall anyone from the press being present. I was not able to go the night before but I heard that a few people did get together.

Ed, As it turned out there was a fair amount of new information (mostly what was contained in the press release) in the presentation so I would suspect that you would find the video informative. I do not yet have the information on how those that want one can get a copy but will hopefully have it tomorrow. I did not see the press at the meeting and I felt that the Q & A session was only ended after everyone that had a question to ask had a turn. One thought however is that since there had been a lot of new information disseminated at this point with respect to TimeWorldCom, I think that there would have been more questions if we had more time to think of them.
