Does anyone follow EEE. The share price has weakened quite a bit lately & I've been accumulating. The guy that ran GOU (Bryant?) is apparently getting involved with them & although there will be some share dilution, I think that is a positive development. Any comments would be appreciated. Also own BBR. Made some good $ with it & EEE in the last run up & am hoping for a repeat.

Bren / Ultra Petroleum

The Snyder well is approx 1/4 mile due south of Ultra's first well (13-23).

I had requested material from Ultra and probably have received it. Will attempt to find it in my stacks of literature.

I took the time and briefly scanned thru the messages at the Ultra subject location here at SI. I plan to visit the website to see if there is any concrete information on the company. I have no opinion on the company's operations.

However, permit me to suggest that the following information should be obtained for determining feasability of investment in the company. If you are unable to obtain this information, I would recommend walking away from investment in the company.

The company should be in position to forecast revenue, cash flow and production for the balance of this year. They are aware of their revenue and well payout agreements on wells already tied in or scheduled for tie in this year. They also have exploitation & developement wells scheduled for drilling and completion. It's part of the planning and budgeting process which is vital to their operations. Any exploration success should not be factored and such results would be a bonus to the numbers provided you.

These are the items of primary importance which you should be made aware of.

Answers to the above would help to settle the issues of concern voiced by some at the Ultra subject site here at SI. Find out if the company has presented itself to any financial institutions and if so, ask to obtain the presentation materials.

Use their website to send an e-mail inquiry. Let me know how you make out and I will offer you an opinion.
