the last seven years was the yen-carry trade from Japan to the US, starting with the peak in the Nikkei and the peak in US interest rates. So is the yen-carry trade going to reverse...or does it move to Europe now?
US GDP 8.4 T (only number I can find- may be wrong)
top 4 stocks 0.93 trillion (approx numbers)
top 20 stocks 2.95 trillion
next 30 stocks 2.25 trillion
next fifty stocks 2.0 trillion
top 100 stocks listed on US exchanges 7.5 trillion. Hmmm...
The market is not overvalued (only 0.017 T indexed to S&P smallcap)-
just the big multinationals.
