Currently the Outstanding shares are 8 million and the float is 5 million. I received these numbers from Mr. Benz. The company went through a reverse split in the past and i think the numbers you are stating about the outstanding shares are from before the split.

Hans,

number of shares outstanding is 8.2 million, with convertible debt instruments worth another 8 million shares for total of about 16 million shares outstanding. I got these figure directly from the company. Web info is stale. They hope to file new SEC 10K in a couple of weeks and put out 1&2 quarter financials in about a month.
