Joe,

I found the content of the S&P report to be conflicting.
S&P Opinion: Buy (*****)
Quantiative:
- Outlook 1 (1 Lowest - 5 Highest)
- Fair Value: 82.90
- Risk : Medium

Why have a buy rating on a stock with the lowest outlook rating and trading above fair value? At the time of the report CSCO was 92.94.

They recommend CSCO based on its dominant market share, large installed base and consistent earnings growth. "With its shares trading at a P/E multiple based on FY 99 EPS of $2.16 that is attractive relative to its long term earnings growth rate we continue to recommend purchase."

Given the current market condition and the price action of LU after beating estimates by $0.05 I wouldn't be surprised if there's a slight pullback.
