Hey I understand what John said plenty well. But there is no identity disclosure requirement placed on information that has been disclosed to the public. If this info is not public, then just what is it? Privileged? Insider? Hmmmm. That seems like something that the SEC would find interesting.

John Chapman and Joe Tourmaine are the ones that have made this an issue by saying they have been told but won't say. I don't care that they don't say, that just reflects poorly on them. But we have none other than the Litter Queen herself, Rhonda Windsor, CEO of AR Brooks, the wholly owned litter division of CSHK, saying right here on this thread, a public forum, that she won't say. This is where the rubber is meeting the road.

But still I am left asking and wondering why you make such a big deal about a simple detail, unless there is something to hide. A simple answer a day ago would have in all likelihood sent me back to lurking.
