I'm going to re-print a reply by me to another GLOW investor that shall remain anonymous here. I just thought that everyone here should see my reply to his questions to hopefully form some resistance to a slaughter of GLOW on Monday.......

His questions:
> What the heck you think of all this GLOW news??? Still positive or
> negative???I'm thinking about selling Monday...Let me know what you think??
>
> Is the bingo game improving.??

And my reply to him:
The BINGO game is improving. I just don't know what to think of the
whole matter. I have several theories floating around in my mind and
would be writing a dissertation to you if I put it all into words. An
interesting revalation for me was when I sent feedback to the Java
programmers only to find out that the e-mail wasn't being sent directly
to them but to someplace that is screening the e-mails and forwarding
only what is deemed "pertinent". I've sent a total of four e-mails to
the info@globalgames.com address only to see the first three totally
ignored. Only when I sent a forth one complaining about the lack of
response, did someone actually reply to me stating that they "valued my
input". I've never received any direct feedback from the actual
programmers addressing any of my concerns. There could be a couple of
reasons for this behavior and I'm willing to look for the best reason.

I'm thinking that the programmers are so busy trying to get the "real"
BINGO game up and running that they are partially ignoring upgrades to
the BETA test site. And there is good reason why they can't upgrade the
BETA test site with improvements made to the "real" site. The "real"
BINGO software could be radically different in nature from a programming
standpoint and therefore it would take programmers working on both the
BETA software and the "real" software. That would take away
productivity time from the "real" software and time is running short.

Let me interject here that I do know several languages (COBOL, BASIC and
Assembly) and have written software for my own amusement, but have no
exposure to Java. So, I know about writing a "test" version only to
"learn" from it to write a completely different final version for
production. This could be very well what is happening behind the
scenes. And from an advantage standpoint, it is better to not reveal
what is coming since the competition in this area is very keen. Also,
let us not forget that Java is a very new language with procedures that
are still being perfected. Programming logic doesn't change from
language to language, but syntax is very crucial. The syntax part is
what is still being perfected.

The short of it is this... I have decided to ride it out. In my last
posting to The Raging Bull, I have changed my position back to LONG.
IMO, GLOW will rock in a few months... probably by the end of the year.
By then, we should have earnings being reported and a much better
financial picture of where GLOW stands in the market place.

Short term, Bob Davis (The Napaegue Letter) has probably hurt the
stock's price, but if all of the PR's are true, it will only provide a
buying opportunity like you've never seen before or will ever see again.
It's my personal opinion that you should hold your stock. If the
stock's price plummets, I will probably buy more.

Let me have some feedback on your thoughts to this message. I value
your opinion and would like to hear your thoughts on this matter.

Take care,
Steve Spence

************************* End of re-printed e-mail ********************************************

Whatever happens on Monday, I will hold GLOW and wait until at least year's end to make a decision to either continue holding for further appreciation or selling to take my lumps. I would strongly suggest that all other GLOW investors do the same.

I have no knowledge to support this position other than my "gut" feelings.

Take care and good luck to all,
Steve Spence
