<<Tim, do you really think ASND will still buy SRA? I am having my doubts given the drubbing its stock has received already. May be they will have second thoughts.>>

<<By doing this, are they keeping the shareholders interests at heart. Wall St certainly does not seem to like it - at least in the short term.>>

Say what? ASND is making a move to benefit them in the next decade. You think they would reconsider because the market's initial reaction in one day by momentum people was negative?

Not a chance. This is a good move for ASND and the market will come to see it. All momentum people see right now is the money. They know nothing about what ASND can make out of this in the future.

You should learn to look beyond the end of your nose - theres a whole world out there. I mean that in the best possible sense.

I think they will buy SRA but it really doesn't matter one way or the other because asnd will gain back it's 7 point loss within the next 10 trading days. It's also likely
someone will come out with a buy rating this week on the stock, it should be a fun week for the traders.
