8-K filed on July 29 is interesting. 500,000 shares for 200 oil wells(assuming the sellers take stock instead of money). Am I the only one who thinks it's not worth it especially with the price of oil? Why not just cancel this deal? They don't have the money to work over the wells now and if they use the lease sale money the benefits will seem insignificant. Oh well, I suppose It don't really matter.
