Scott,

Gap down strategies very helpful today. CKFR and LBOR are two good examples. LBOR could have been a buy at 28 1/4 based on average of low and open, but volume indications were not clear.

Anyhow, what I am wondering, is what entry points you suggest (long and short) for situations where a stock opens down from previous close, but not enough down to go below its previous day low ? On a day like today, I saw some of these, but did not have a feel for proper entry. Using the previous low won't work, as stock will have opened above that level.

Any suggestions ?

David
