Hi Scott,

It is probably too late, but did you here about NEWZ ? It gapped down on the 30th due to bad earnings and a downgrade, but in the last 45 minutes on Friday, someone went nuts buying it up from the low 6's to 11 3/8. The obvious rumor is that someone caught wind of a buyout.
