Its disturbing to see all these efforts to get back at LTGL for doing what was clearly obvious to anyone that looked for it months ago.
As several in the past have noted, mgmts dont change overnight and decide to have the shareholders best interests at heart.
The work being done or discussed would have been much better spent with simple due dilligence months ago. The warning signals were everywhere.
This is not to stick up for guys like Crumholz who I consider scum of the earth, the point is he couldnt do it without folks like you only too willing to believe that a 10 or 12 or 8 cent stock would make you rich.
I suppose it's still worth the effort to try and get him removed but the chances are slim. If anything the SEC may simply halt trading in an effort to stop him. They dont have the time or the manpower to go after every LTGL type stock selling promotion.
You folks must take 90% of the blame or you will have this happen to you again in the future.
While not always the case, past performance is really all you have to go on and this stock came public at $1.00 and is now valued at under 3 cents. Not a good track record. And it cant be explained by a weak market for bb stocks.

Regarding the may 27th press release...notice the WORDING. He said there is no need for further dilution. He did NOT say there wouldnt be. Carefully chosen wording to be sure.

Best of luck and learn from the past or you're doomed to repeat it.
