What may be keeping the company from doing a secondary
to retire their junk bond senior debt (it gets paid off first if this company goes bankrupt) is that it would be difficult for any under writer to support the price or
prevent stockholders lawsuits against themselves if the price drops afterwards.


Rob, I think you are right.

The insiders, at this point, do not have meeting of the minds with the Float elephant traders/controllers. Insiders are not participating in the stock price appreciation and will suffer the consequence if........Insiders are in a loss/loss position if the "trading phenomenon" continues..
