Angel: I think there needs to be a clarification here.
I do not remember the rules of SI prohibiting people from posting on another's membership.
Why would they do that anyway, what do they care about that?
However I think that if you do allow someone to post under your name, SI holds you responsible for the posts made.
(have I made what I am trying to say clear?)

Now as far as someone who is a broker, or is prohibited from posting in any case, (for wahtever reason) that is a different story, I would imagine.
However it seems to me, that that is still no concern of SI's, (it is a legal issue, unrelated to SI) unless SI has prohibited the person who is secretly posting, from doing so.

Then SI may, I guess, take action against the offending member.
