Janice, Everyone has access to Joe Gort. His 1 800 716-5147 number is all over the place. You could also look in the Miami telephone directory or on any of the old MTEI press releases. Remember MTEI, the company that you thought was a good investment only a month ago. I know Joe for years and he is an EDII shareholder from the old days. If you find it very, very odd that someone has lunch with someone they know for years, you are a very odd person indeed. EDII is now a fully reporting company. If you did your DD, you would know that their first 10Q filing is not due yet. Regarding the lie posted by your buddy jjhild -- Christensen is not listed by the state of Nevada as the Treasurer and CEO of EDII and W. Arthur Lindsay is not still and never was the Secretary. Christensen and Lindsay were officers of TS&P, Inc. which was sold to Dror and its name was changed to EDII. At the time of the sale, they both resigned and the records of the Department of State, Division of Corporations in Nevada were updated. I know because I checked before investing in EDII. You are a liar or maybe you just made an "honest" mistake trying to protect the rest of us. It is refreshing to see the bashers and liars continue to pound away at EDII. I am going to buy a lot more shares within the next two weeks because of your great interest in protecting the shareholders of EDII. I know my investment is safe with you aboard. Lets talk again on September 1st when you have to cover your naked behinds. Hold long, people.
