Confession time: I bought my first ORCTF yesterday. I know, I swore I wouldn't touch them till they licensed, but I've been assured they're in discussions. I've also heard rumblings from far and wide that they're in a good position with a European carrier who, in the words of ECI's CEO, "does business in Deutsche marks." Believe me, I know nothing that's not already known on this thread --- but enough to make me take a position. Kind of scarey in this market but as anyone who knows me knows, I'm patient. Later -- Pat
