LT,
Since those options were issued under the new rules they will carry a one year legend. I don't think any attorney will be able to write an opinion letter that will be able to have it removed.

Since you and Bruce, Clemnza, James, Dale, Gary and others have pretty much covered everything discussed at the meeting I will only try to bring up what I remember from my conversations with Joe and others that has not already been covered.

The listing on the AMEX has been kicked to death so I might as well add my 2 cents. I talked with Joe 3 times on Saturday and he brought up this subject in all three conversations. He will be meeting with Spear Leeds & Kellogge next week as they will be our sponsor. He hopes to meet with the AMEX officials the following week. The listing has become of prime importance. Joe is convinced that a listing will stop those very familiar with the stock who trade it for a living and he also believes it will help prevent the selling of restricted shares. AMEX will check the certs a lot closer than our friends in the land of the BB. Since the annual report is finished, Dan Murphy's new assignment is the listing. As has been stated earlier, any listing is better than where we are now. There are a number of firms that have committed support to Joe once a listing becomes reality.

The DataWave JV (PLCC) presently controls 40% of the prepaid phone card market in Canada with 4000 outlets. They are currently working on a plan that will result in controlling 80% of the market. He did mention that SmarTalk had an interest in the JV.

The number of companies that have done DD on DCI is more like 6 and not 4. The same individual who brought Edge, Locus TWC to DCI was at the meeting. He arranged a meeting that took place about noon on Thursday. Present were the staff of DCI and individuals from a national Telecom company whose ADR's trade on the NYSE. Joe said the meeting went very well and there was a sincere interest in DCI. The companies now looking at DCI total 7. I expect things to move quite rapidly from here on out. I believe we could see another press release by the 15th of the month.

Joe stated on Thursday that he does not expect nor does he want another annual meeting. What I expect to happen is the number of companies coming into the home office will increase. They will be allowed to continue their DD until sometime in October. At that point those interested in acquiring the company will turn in their bids which should start the beginning of the end. Joe will continue to build the revenues as fast as he can. I get the feeling this latest JV with TWC is not the end. The individual who brought EDGE knew that LOCUS and TWC was right behind and IMO he has several more companies that could very well be part of the picture. I still believe that DCI as we know it will not exist by year end. The one thing I will be wrong on is the $10.00 share price. We can all do our own calculations but I think we should use $250 million in revenues as a starting point.

BEst Regards
