Your first three points don't bother me. Gross margins have been increasing. I don't understand the third point.

I think an understated challenge for Amazon will be growing its biz. in Europe.
Amazon has highlighted Europe and Rest of World as critical to its growth, and its recent acquisitions in Europe support this view. Although I'd agree that many markets in Europe are less efficient than the US, I think it will be tough being a pioneer in those markets (esp. given Amazon's leveraged high-growth requirements). I think the different pace of business over there, the inter-country differences, and political barriers are going to slow down Amazon's growth there, and increase the cost of sales. If those more bullish on Amazon have an offsetting view, I'd like to hear it.
