Mike,
This was posted to me on Yahoo. I could explain better the situation with the options. Bob

Option Price

Bob-
I believe your understanding of the option price is incorrect. I, of course, have not
seen the option agreement but it would be highly unlikely, and possibly illegal, for a
company to issue options without the number of shares covered and the price per
share being proportionately adjusted for any increase or decrease in the number of
issued and outstanding shares.
It is my belief that the option price of aprox $0.03 on 7/23/98 is pre split and that will
revert to $3.00 post split.
I is also customary to limit the amount that can be excercised by time. (i.e. 10% 1st
year, 10% 2nd year, etc etc)
This provides those whom the company feels are key players with the incentive to
produce positive results as well as giving the company some security in the fact that if
they are producing positive results they will stay on board. Ten years is a long time.
