Janitor it looks like StockTrader has a radically different view of the situation with the management of MTEI. If you don't follow the EDII thread, where they are saying that what has happened to MTEI can't happen there, you may have missed these posts: When the dust settles, it will be Jack who goes down for the MTEI scandal, not Joe or John. Jack actually defrauded them, not the reverse. Message 5390110 Jack did not put any assets into MTEI and had no Business Plan. MTEI was not a reporting company. MTEI suffered only losses since it had no operations. They had no certified financial statements and no accounting firm. Jack is a crook. In short, he had no substance, no track record, no assets, no nothing except losses, negative shareholder equity and a line of BS that is going to land him in jail. Message 5390164
