Frank, you stated: "The IMSlib was not directly derived from the M6000."

Don't tell me that after the M6000 project was abandoned late last year, you guys at IMS started from scratch and developed this state of the art IMSlib in a couple months. Do you think investors like us are a bunch of idiots who don't have common sense? Of course, M6000 was developed based on the IMSlib and others proprietary technology.

We know that this SOC technology can turn IMS around from red to black. Instead of sharing the profits, the IMS board decided to steal everything from the investors. For you to come on board to defend this blood hounds makes you as quilty as Hoevel and Phil. Maybe you have a good reason, maybe you have a family to feed, or maybe you need to send your kids to Princeton, but for whatever reasons, you are a person with no conscience and gut.

At first, I thought, "Hmm, at least there is an honest guy like Frank in IMS". Was I wrong? I can't believe so many investors like us entrust our money to a whole bunch of blood suckers like you, Bill Young, Lee Hoevel, and Phil Neches.

What goes around comes around? I sincerely hope you and other blood suckers will experience all the pain and suffering we investors have gone through during the past year.

Ken (I pray to God everyday that justice will prevail and I know God listens).
