The conference call did happen on Friday as planned. Sorry it has taken so long to post the results. We talked about a lot of stuff for almost an hour. Unfortunately I do not have the time to summarize the whole conference call. I will try and touch on a few of the more important issues. 1) The 97 financials will be released during August. Bob did make that promise to me. They had justifiable reasons for the delay and I do believe them. 2) Ed Brody did not work for Alexis all that long and I do not think he was fully aware of the characters he was working for. I have requested resumes from the officers of MDCE and I will post information from them once I have them. 3) MDCE has a lot of projects in the works and if half of them pan out we will all be very satisfied shareholders. 4) This magellian film deal should be officially announced in the next two weeks. I have requested that the press release contain the nuts and bolts of the deal. Bob said that he would make it a very detailed press release. 5) We should see some some positive movement in the stock price this week. It appears that someone is slowly accumulating MDCE shares. 6) I will have an accurate share count by the end of the week. If you have any specific questions ask them, I am sure one of the 4 shareholders who took time to attend the call will be able to answer them.
