On the positive side, application knowledge gained on y2k projects would get them win subsequent contracts with their clients, I am sure. Generally, once you are in and do a good job, if the rates and proposals are competitive, the client has very little incentive to go look for another consulting outfit for additional work because last thing they want is to train a new crop of consultants.

Phoenix Home Life is (or may be was) one of the major investors in Command systems. So this recommendation does not come as any surprise. You can look up the insider trades in Yahoo to confirm this. I bought CMND at 16 and am still holding. The chances of this stock going up on Y2K issues is now very slim. They have messed up that opportunity by playing hide and seek with the analysts in the first quarter. Nobody should expect the stock to move for a few months at least.
