Future: Chevron/Africa - Doing some digging on what could be major long term opportunities for Tava in Africa, I came across the following: Angola exported almost 400 million barrels of crude to the U. States last year, making it the country's sixth largest supplier of imported crude. U.S. imports accounted for just over half the total Angolan production. U.S. oil companies, in particular Chevron Corp., have big investments in Angolan production, which is centered offshore from the enclave of Cabinda farther north on Africa's Atlantic coast.

Database definitely would have been built w/o the WNDR deal... I used to work for WNDR, and TAVA really blew an opportunity here. They didn't incent the WNDR sales channel (distributors) a bit to bring them into accounts or to show/demo the CD...dumb move, as it coulda meant a whole lot more business for both the CD and services. The upside was that announcing a deal with the market leader gave TAVA some much needed credibility at the time.
