I agree with you. The reverse split would be enough to give the company additional financing because the authorized share would not be changed by the reverse split. So, the board should have choosen either reverse split or the increase authorization in terms of the additional financing. If the reverse split takes place before the value of the shares increases, it would remain a penny stock after stock split because of huge dilution (now, 100 mil shares authorized) In fact, I voted for authorization of 100 mil, against the reverse split. I hope the new racing wheel will fly in the fall shopping season, expecting to sell more than 200,000 units.

My 1,000,000 question is how did they have so many outstanding shares in the first place?

Who authorized so many, that they need to do a reverse?

I still think that SCTI has a good product and if it got to the NAZ, that after getting whacked for a bit, it would do fine..

It did trade at 8 bucks remember...
