See post 221 for the guy who figured $2, I think you really need to be more conservative on your estimates for earnings. The Belize mortgages will not move at that initial rate for very long, maybe 800 the first month, 600,400,etc. then it will end as the development is full of houses. Many of the houses will be paid for in cash, if it is foreign people moving in, the locals could not afford to buy on their per capita earning capability. The Vegas deal I truly believe will never reach 400 million in yearly sales. The expenses for these start up business are going to be huge, salaries for the insiders will be high, trips to Belize etc. and opening offices and staffing them does not come cheap, unless the offices are just 2-3 people in a small suite (Vegas) I will hold, because I can't lose, but until some factual numbers are released, and "audited" and confirmed I'll just wait before investing more. Too many of these non-reporting companies seem to disappear in a flash.
