To compare QDEK to INPR is like comparing a moped with a fine German automobile. If you look at the long term chart, QDEK peaked around Dec'95. The year 32-bit Windows shipped. QDEK was a one trick pony whose claim to fame is QEMM386 which was widely used with DOS/Win3.x, and made obslete by Win95. Now their product line consists of Memory manager and disk management for PC, which is in direct competition with MSFT and SYMC. Frankly, if they have great product line, I might believe your conspiracy theory. If venture money wants more shares, why do they show their faces at all, why don't just short the hell out of the stock and buy them at lower level without having to put up 11M upfront. If you buy the story, we should spend sometimes talking about who killed JFK too. Relax, stock is going down for you to buy some more.
