William, You need to get at least some education of the law. First off; the comment is not breaking an "criminal" codes. No litigation will be brought but if was, it would be a civil suit. Civil suits will only generate monetary damages, but criminal suits could possibly bring incarceration. I hope I was of assistance in this matter. Glenn
