Great handle AND I hope you join SI permanently. I really enjoyed your local "atmospherics" from foggy bottom and your read of that situation from your perspective. WJC did not get the sobriquet "Slick" for nothing, however! BTW, why a Rover, email me if you wish for some ideas on a real slick SUV. Blue, I disagree with what Clinton should have done. I think he should have pulled a Jesse Jackson and said, "none of your business." Instead, he copied Gary Hart, and now everyone thinks there is MonkeyBusiness going on. -g-
