I apologize for asking a question that may be is easily answered. From what I can tell phase two has not been clearly defined, but in general refers to the time in which the company steps up its PR campaign. It appears from the June 8 news release that the expectation would be to at least have completed significant enhancements to the compliance sections and to have completed the hookup for printing on demand at the New York facility. Without these, I'm not sure the company would have much to promote--put a better way, these would greatly accentuate the promotion efforts IMO. Any other thoughts appreciated with regard to 'Phase 2'. Ted
