Is Starr really responsible for 30 of the convictions?

Hard to say where one prosecutor's convictions trail off and another's begins. That's the problem with such a massive inquiry. But since Starr's jurisdiction covers Whitewater and any related activities (Madison Guarantee, Rose Law Firm), it's a safe bet that the names linked to those activities are included in the price tag to date. Lists of Clinton convicts on the Web (there are several) do not specify under whose prosecution they were convicted. Probably the best indicator would be the date of conviction. Just count back four years.

For a great jumping-off place, Yahoo! has provided pages of links to articles from both sides of the Whitewater and Lewinsky issues. Click here:

We should know more when Starr's website is activated. Anyone happen to know when it's scheduled to open?
