I looked up the FCC agenda, and found this on their web-site. It appears that the FCC will have a hearing on the ability of several RBOCS (Bell Atlantic, Ameritech, Pac Bell, and Southwest Bell) to offer services via ADSL. I didn't know the RBOCs were prohibited from doing so. How this affects TLAB, I'm not sure. Can you enlighten me? ITEM NO.
