Good morning Sonny, Things are looking down at this point but I think before the day is over they will change directions.

Good point about the Home Equity Loan. Did you get a good rate and is it locked in. One of the company's here had a great rate on a home equity (I think 5.5% or something like that) but it was only good for six month's and I can't remember if the six month period was for the rate period or the deadline for taking out the loan. I like the idea of it being free unless you use it. My daughter use to work for Barnett Bank before she moved to Atlanta and she use to always tell me how great the home equity loan was. I think that selling them was part of her job.

I heard Maria B. say a little while ago that the brokerages were divided on their outlook for Intel. Merrill Lynch was mentioned by her as one that did not yet see positives for Intel. I bet it won't be too long and TK will turn around as far as Intel.

I see that you are up to your late hours lately. I have been turning in pretty early lately.

Later,
Margaret
