Rob, I haven't tried projecting how many shares will be on the market, due to AMZN's acquisitions and other dealings. Frankly, it is too difficult, because Amazon discloses as little as possible. They may have legitimate reasons for limiting disclosure, but this just makes it more difficult to understand AMZN's fundamentals. I think the 10-Q is due out in mid- August has to address some of these issues, so that may our first look. I also wouldn't be surprised at some small adjustements due to auditing the results (and the complexity of their European acquisitions), also.
