And you talk about obfuscation.... The issued and outstanding is 20,143,405. Part of the licensing arrangement with Merced is the issuance of 1.5 million shares of A.R. Brooks, convertible into Cashco (which has not yet happened) ... as previously disclosed. Since the deal with Telanis has not yet been completed they have been issued NO SHARES. I don't know who the major stockholders of the company are... There is nothing secret about the two subsidiaries... A. R. Brooks and 11th Hour. For the last time.. the Company has arranged supply of litter. We believe that the gentleman hired to be the chief expediter for the litter production is well qualified to handle the job given his background and experience. He in turn has used his connections within the field to source and approve plants to handle production within certain areas usually a 500 mile radius to the stores distribution centres from which Paws Only will be sold. The list of stores, when available will be made available to anyone who wishes to visit the stores and purchase the product. The Company, A.R. Brooks, is satisfied that its suppliers can meet the demand. These suppliers are private companies who are in business of producing product for sale. I doubt very much if they would appreciate being hounded by "inquiring minds" when all they know is that there is a company out there that wants to buy its product. Period. ....... they could care less if we traded on the OTC BB or Heng Sang. Now if you don't mind, I think I'll get back to work.
