**GLOW: MISREPRESENTED by BOB DAVIS & Dominica News paper, THE INDEPENDENT, Both have admitted fault!!!! The due diligence of GLOW shareholders has uncovered false information distributed by Bob Davis that is potentially damaging to stock. This false information and misinterpretation by both THE INDEPENDENT and BOB DAVIS (founder of Napeague Letter) have been put to rest by RETRACTIONS from both sources as seen below. This again is a reminder to do your own dd and work together to confirm the suggestions of so called " Professionals ". REMEMBER: these careless and damaging mistakes are the results of two "professionals" in the publication business. One a newsletter which caters to thousands, and another a major newspaper publication in Dominica, West Indies widely distributed and available through the Internet!

We spoke earlier. I confirm that the information contained in the
Independent story of July 29, 1998 is correct. The origin of the story
is THE BUSINESS WIRE OF JULY 7,1998. The Minister of Finance was
interviewed at his office at Govt. Headquarters on Friday July 24,1998.
Since we publish a weekly paper and go to press on Mondays it is
obvious that our source could not have been the July 30 1998 release
that you refereed to.
Please keep me informed of new developments along that line.
Regards
Charles P.S If you need a hardcopy of the July 7 1998 release, email a postal
address to me and I will post it to you.

In response to the information that was sent to series3mic@aol.com by Charles B. James, the editor of "The Independent, Dominica's leading newspaper", I have updated the "front page" article in today's issue of The Napeague Letter to state that it is the July 7th GLOW press release that Minister of Finance, Industry and Planning for the Commonwealth of Dominica has refuted, and that he made his comments at least a week ago. This article can be found at .
I have further stated that I have not yet obtained any supporting information regarding the July 30th GLOW press release and that as soon as I do so I will publish it.
