2 Quick questions.

1. After you accumulate your positions, would
you consider asking MRVC to announce a buy-back
authorization?

They have everything to gain, and nothing to
lose, by making that announcement. And that
should give your clients some confidence in the
stock.

2. Can you breakdown the restructuring charges
of 23 M+ (for Xyplex) for us, since you saw
it during your company visit?
