Of course he wouldn't tell me the details like that. He simply said that he was interested in becoming a shareholder, as Par indicated in the CC that he would like to see all management do so. He has not done so yet. All shareholders would like to see him buy since he does not presently own any, although he does hold options. Many have expressed concern about his commitment to the company. I am sure he will comply with all necessary regulations. If the CEO buying a large chunk of stock didn't impress you, why should the CFO's desires concern you? Why are you so obsessed with seeing this company fail? Is this your life's goal? Dennis
